- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

The Mileage by Hnry app is provided “as-is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, accuracy, or performance. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of interruptions, errors, or harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mileage by Hnry and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of the app. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mileage by Hnry and its affiliates harmless from any loss, expenses, or damages arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks and software, used in the Mileage by Hnry app remains the sole property of Hnry Mileage Limited. You may not use or reproduce any trademarks, logos from The Mileage by Hnry app.

You agree to :
- provide accurate, current and complete information about you, if and as may be prompted by the registration process on any of the Services,
- maintain and promptly update your registration information and any other information you provide to Mileage by Hnry app, and to keep it accurate and complete to, among other things, allow us to contact you, and
- be fully responsible for your use of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that Mileage by Hnry app has up-to-date contact information for you. You may not set up an account on behalf of another individual or entity, or pass on your account or) and identification to a third party.
11. Miscellaneous Terms
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the competent jurisdiction.
- Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Hnry Mileage
- Limited related to the use of the App.
